Dear friends,

     Spring is a beautiful time of year.  Grass greening.  Flowers blooming.  Trees budding.  Birds singing.  Air warming.  Sun shining.  Days lengthening.  Children playing.  Gardens growing.  Creation praising!
     We are Easter people!  Our lives have been affected by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Our spirits soar in the newness of life offered to us by our loving God.  As God's creation once again is rejuvenated in springtime, our spirits likewise "come alive" once more.
     The victory has already been won.  Death has been conquered.  Eternal life is ours.  It's up to us, now, to live lives which reflect the reality of our faith.  It's up to us to become instruments of God's grace, peace, love and forgiveness.
     No more long winters of our spirits.  No more needless anxiety.  No more animosity.  No more confusion.  No more polarizing differences.  No more division!  The resurrection has sealed the promise that God will be with us always; that He cares infinitely for you and me. 
     Enjoy the beauty of this time of year.  And look at this springtime as an example of faith:  God gives us new life in Him.
