Donna's Sausage Supreme

1 Lb. Weis Sweet Italian Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces and browned
2-10 3/4-oz. cans cream of mushroom soup   
1 onion, chopped
4-5 potatoes, peeled and cubed

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.  Cover.  Cook on low 8 hours.
Makes 4 servings.

I double this recipe when taking to our church socials.  Hot sausage can also be substituted. The flavor is even better when the recipe is cooked the day before and reheated in crock-pot the next day.
