Anna Mae's Hot Broccoli Cheese Dip

8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 envelope Good Seasons Ranch Salad Dressing and Dip Mix
10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.  Add broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of the sharp cheddar cheese; mix well.  Spoon into 9 inch pie plate.  Bake at 350f for 20 minutes.  Sprinkle with remaining sharp cheddar cheese.  Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted.  Serve with crackers, bread chunks, and/or fresh veggies.  Makes 3 1/2 cups.
