Marcia's Baked Pineapple

2 cans crushed pineapple - 20 ounces each
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar (up to 1 cup depending on taste)
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 cup water

butter

 

Mix it all up in a 2 quart casserole, don't drain pineapple.  Dot with butter.  Bake for one hour at 350f.
