Coconut Macaroons

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

3 cups shredded coconut

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Blend together Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, coconut and vanilla.  Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart onto well greased baking sheet.  Bake at 350f until delicate brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.  Remove from pan at once.
