Turkey and Rice Skillet

1 pound ground turkey
1 cup rice
1 can crushed tomatoes with peppers or
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 cans water
pepper
salt
chili powder to taste
Brown turkey in skillet on medium. When browned, move meat to outside of pan, add rice in center. Add tomatoes, water, and spices. Cover with lid and cook on medium high until rice cooks. Stir often. Serve.
